Due to our continued business growth, we are seeking

JUNIOR DIGITAL CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE MANAGER EU

to shape how customers are connecting digitally with our brand across Europe. 

Your Tasks

  • Passion for creating exceptional customer experiences  
    You love to build strong and positive relationships. From assisting our customer service team in resolving digital issues and ensure customers have a smooth, positive experience, to engaging with Social Media followers and influencers to cultivate brand loyalty. You will be our customer hero for Europe (so you will have to deal with multiple language translations).
  • Data detective
    You have a knack for analyzing data. You will have to analyze customer data and feedback to identify areas for improvement and inform strategic decision-making. You will have to track, analyze, and constantly report about your projects and performance. 
  • Team player
    You like to be part of something bigger. You will have to deal with various teams. To solve the problems of our digital customers, you will work closely with our Customer Service Team and will provide them support and guidance for digital adaptation. You will coordinate activities with Global, Regional and Local teams and agencies. You need to be ready to support in other digital areas like affiliate programs.   
  • Constantly innovating
    You can bring something new to the table. You will be asked to work on improving relationships with customers, followers, influencers. We would like you to constantly promote innovation and deliver constant improvement.

Your Profile

  • Digital Marketing Geek
    You have experience in digital customer service or a related field. And you have a deep knowledge of digital marketing and Social Media marketing and community management. You are familiar with digital media, communication, and e-commerce. You have successfully completed studies in digital marketing, or in media studies, or in business administration with a focus on communication or media studies, or similar.
  • English is a must
    You are fluent in English with strong language proficiency both in verbal and written form. You will work in a multi-lingual team working solely in English. We are evaluating positively native speakers from Spain and France.
  • Dedication
    You are highly proactive and motivated to work to reach objectives and goals. You have strong communication skills, and you would love to be part of a very dedicated team.
